We, at Frati Gelato are quality obsessed, and understand the precise science and deeply rooted tradition of this 16th century Italian delicacy that is still in its infancy in the American marketplace. Our mission is to provide our customers with a true taste of Italy, and more importantly, a timeless tradition.

At Frati Gelato we are committed to marketplace education and to eliminating the mainstream misconceptions of what authentic Italian Gelato really is. The most effective way to educate our customers is to offer them the highest quality artisan product, made by a Master Gelato Maker who not only is educated in culinary science, but who has lived the Italian tradition every day of his life. Dr. LuPriore considers Frati Gelato a “living product” that must be mastered and produced correctly in the most specific conditions. It is his dream to continue to introduce this product to America with perfection.
