Sunny Recipe for a rainy day

The FRATI AFFOGATO CORRETTO:
You will need:
2 scoops of "FRATE" Gelato
1 OZ of Espresso
1 OZ of a Coffee Liquor ( your Choice )
Some Powdered Cocoa

Mix the Espresso and Coffee Liquor in a cup.

In a large Flute or Martini Glass
Place the 2 scoops of Frate Gelato
Pour the Espresso/Coffee Liquor mixture over top of the Gelato
Generously shake the Cocoa Powder on top of the Gelato
