Our last day was “memorable” to say the least.  Usually gelato flows out our doors. However on our last day , the Champagne flowed in through our doors as many friends brought the bubbly to help celebrate . The only way to contend with the flood was to drink it; which we did !!  Thanks for all the well wishes and “Good Cheer”.  You will be forever in our hearts.  Please come visit us in Napa.

“The Frati Lemontini” Utterly refreshing:
8 oz. Prosecco,
1 oz. Vodka
1/3 cup Frati Limone/Lemon sorbetto
1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped mint leaves.

Mix the Prosecco and Vodka.
Pour the prosecco and vodka into 2 chilled champagne flutes.
Spoon a scoop of Frati Limone/Lemon Sorbetto into each flute.
Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately .

Fruity Frati Mojito
1 shot of silver or light rum
3-5 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp raw sugar
1 squeeze of lime juice
2 oz soda
1 tbsp of Frati Sorbetto (Strawberry, Watermelon, Raspberry, for example)

Place mint leaves in bottom of glass. Add crushed ice, rum, sugar, and lime juice, and muddle. Add sorbetto and soda water, garnish with mint leaves and slice of fruit (if you have it).
